NorthWest Bass Fishing Forums - Terms of use
By accessing “NorthWest Bass Fishing Forums” (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “NorthWest Bass Fishing Forums”, “http://www.nwbasser.com”), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms then please do not access and/or use “NorthWest Bass Fishing Forums”. We may change these at any time and we’ll do our utmost in informing you, though it would be prudent to review this regularly yourself as your continued usage of “NorthWest Bass Fishing Forums” after changes mean you agree to be legally bound by these terms as they are updated and/or amended.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “NorthWest Bass Fishing Forums” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that “NorthWest Bass Fishing Forums” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither “NorthWest Bass Fishing Forums” nor phpBB shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
Now to the important part... MAKE SURE YOU READ THIS!!! To be a member of this forum and community, you MUST agree to practice catch and release for bass (smallmouth, largemouth, spotted bass, etc). This does not mean selective harvesting is unwanted, it means you must love the sport of bass fishing enough to let the big ones go to be caught again another day. If you do not understand the spirit of catch and release or are not willing to practice catch and release, this is not the place for you, and you most likely will NOT feel welcomed in the forums. Many of the members are hardcore believers in catch and release, and will be VERY offended. Any of the moderators and administrators have the right to delete any users account if they feel that the user is not being honest about these terms. PLEASE, if you fish for bass CATCH & RELEASE!!!! If you catch and eat, you might as well be eating radioactive waste anyway. If this sounds ridiculous to you, do not bother registering.
